Hotels in Tenerife for relaxation

I’m thinking of heading off in search of some sunshine this winter and I’ve been told to consider the Canary Islands. Tenerife in particular has caught my eye. It’s the largest of all the islands and seems to offer good diversity in terms of things to do and places to stay. What I’m really looking for though is the chance to relax. I’ve been told there are plenty of hotels in Tenerife that offer spa facilities and some that are fully fledged spas themselves offering the complete package in relaxation. That sounds ideal to me so I’m going to investigate booking one up as soon as possible.
