My uncle is retiring

I have an uncle who is about to retire. Having spent most of his working life in London, he and his wife have decided to relocate to the West Midlands, which is where their son and his family live. They want to spend as much time as possible with their son and his children as they feel they have missed out a lot on their grandchildren. My cousin has been looking into new home builders in the west midlands to see if he can find a suitable house for them to buy. I think he is looking at a new development which is just half a mile away from where he lives.
