My Manager Wants pressure cleaning

My manager is a friendly guy who always tries to put his employees first and is really good about giving me extra responsibility when I ask for it from time to time. I could really use the over time pay and my manager is usually happy to oblige. He told me that this week I am in charge of finding the very best company here in town that can do our pressure cleaning. The buildings are beginning to have that dingy look that comes from a year of total misuse and we need help with this. I am on the job now.
