These belly exercises I can do

Some of my favorite activities are hiking, biking, and swimming.  It has been a long time since I was very consistant about doing any of these favorites.  My belly is in bad shape bacause I don’t get a ton of exercise anymore.  Some belly exercises would be right on time.  I have started getting belly aches and back aches from my enlarged stomach.  It would be a good idea to find some classes in the area to sign up for to keep myself in check.  If I joined the local YMCA I could do some indoor swimming and ride the stationary bike.
