This is how I got a six pack abs

Many people think they can just get good looking abs at doing a few situps or crunches. But this is not How To Get Washboard Abs like movie stars. It takes a lot of dedication and a very healthy lifestyle. Not only do you have to eat right, but you also have to start exercising daily. That includes going to the gym and working out at least three or four days a week. If you can’t stick with that, you can give up getting a nice looking ripped six pack. But if you can stick with that regimen, I guarantee you that you will see results pretty quickly. It only took me a few weeks to get ripped abs.
