Surgery Is An Option

Sciatica is caused when the sciatic nerve is pinched or compressed. This is often due to a herniated disc in the lower back. There are many treatment options out there including many non-surgical options, but will it stop the pain for good? How can I cure sciatica and insure it doesn’t return? One obvious option is surgery. Repairing the disc that is causing the nerve pain in the first place seems like the best permanent option I can find. I’ve known people who have gone through the surgery and it’s not as bad as once thought, plus they were able to resume a normal life after without all the pain.
