Great Time to Buy

I love the way interest rates have been going down. This has become a buyer’s market. I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a house. I have rented for the last five years and I have nothing to show for my investment. I want something buy the end I can call my own. I found a great house with a nice yard. I next had to find the right loan. I was glad that I was able to take advantage of a Canada mortgage comparison. This allows me to make sure I am getting the best deal I can.
