20yr Old Car – Car Insurance

I have quite an old car, it’s 20 years old, and many insurers haven’t wanted to offer me a quote for such an old car; this isn’t because it’s a specialist car or anything like that, it has no real value at all, but I’m attached to it. No, the reason they won’t insure it is because they obviously don’t think it’s very road-worthy and not worth the risk, whereas I know that it is a very well-built car and that it hardly ever plays up, it’s passed its MOT easily for the past 20 years and has no serious problems at all. So thank-you for the car insurance, I wouldn’t have liked to let it go just yet, I think it still has a good 5 years of driving left in it!
