How they get their start

It’s amazing how many bands and artists get their start on cheap guitars. It used to be that piano lessons were the big thing to take, but now, I think guitar lessons are beginning to overtake that idea. Maybe it’s because guitars are pretty easy to learn if you can get your hands on a chord chart or something. Then, once you get some calluses on your fingers, you can play for hours and hours, learning more chords, notes, and better technique, after that I think creativity just takes care of the rest. With a little bit of luck when the right people get together, with the right combinations of chords and notes, music is born.
